What types of cashless payments are accepted by Nayax devices?

Nayax accepts swipe, EMV, contactless credit and debit cards, prepaid cards, mobile wallet payments like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, and QR codes. Nayax works with a wide array of payment providers to ensure the dominant payment method in your area is available for your consumers.

What does the processing fee cover?

Nayax’s processing fee is all-inclusive. It covers bank interactions, terminal fees, interchange fees, acquirer processing fees, merchant account fees, and chargebacks.

Can I change the bank account where I receive my payments?

Yes, please email finance@nayax.com so we can walk you through the process.

I already have a payment system. Can I migrate my system to Nayax?

Yes, Nayax’s solutions are easy to integrate with and offer a retrofittable, plug and play installation.

Does Nayax work in my country?

Which types of cashless payments do Nayax devices accept?

All Nayax devices accept credit and debit cards, including swipe, contact, and contactless cards. Mobile wallets, NFC, and QR codes are also supported depending on the device you choose.

How do I know if my machine is compatible?

Nayax’s cashless payment solutions are compatible with almost all automated machines. We also work with pulse and PC based machines, including private small machine manufacturers.

Do you support prepaid solutions for closed-loop systems?

Yes, Nayax’s card readers support prepaid cards for both closed and open environments. You can even manage and monitor prepaid cards via our Management Suite.

Does Nayax accept QR codes?

Yes, Nayax devices accept payments from QR codes via social wallets such as Bluecode, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

How do I transfer ownership of my Nayax card reader to another operator?

Only VPOS Touch or Onyx devices can be transferred to another operator. To transfer a Nayax device, first make sure any past due balances are paid off with the Nayax finance team. The seller can then begin the transfer process by emailing their sales or onboarding representative and include their name, Nayax Core operator ID, device serial number(s) they are transferring and also provide the name and email address of the buyer (as well as their Nayax Core operator ID if they are an existing Nayax customer). The buyer of the transferred devices will pay a $30 transfer fee per device, and there is no warranty on devices when transferred to another owner.
