Elisabeth Röder recently joined the Nayax Accounting Team in Germany. Alongside Gabi Scherer, Elisabeth will be responsible for managing all customer inquiries related to new customer acquisition, contract management, billing, and invoicing. As Nayax’s customer base continues to grow, efficiency in our accounting team is paramount. With Elisabeth joining the team, Nayax hopes to continue to provide the best customer service possible.
Amar Amekrane will also be joining Nayax GmbH in July 2023 as the new Sales Manager for Germany. Together with Steffen Rauß, he will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and building new ones. With his many years of experience in the vending and OCS industry, most recently at Lavazza, Amar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Nayax hopes that this addition will help the company continue to grow at scale and to thrive.
Dirk Jung recently joined the Tech Support Team under Daniel Umlauf as the third new member this year. This addition ensures that Nayax provides the best customer service to its customers, especially as the customer base continues to growth. Dirk has many years of experience in the cashless and telemetry fields and has worked as a technician since 1997 at companies like Autobar, Pelican Rouge, and Seeberger.
In addition to welcoming these two new employees, Nayax is excited to announce that its DACH office, Nayax GmbH, has moved to a new address. The new office is located at Engelblecker Straße. 142a, DE-41066 Mönchengladbach. This new location will be more accessible, providing better service to customers.
