Establishes Nayax Australia for unattended, automated market
Nayax, a leader in cashless, telemetry, and management solutions for the unattended, automated device industry, has acquired VendCheck, their Australian distributor. With this move, Nayax will be expanding its list of local offices by establishing an Australian subsidiary, Nayax Australia, to continue the marketing, sales and support for Nayax products and offer more solutions and innovations to existing and potential customers.
VendCheck, a long-time fixture in the vending industry in Australia, has been distributing Nayax solutions in Australia and New Zealand for the past seven years. Mr. Bernard Carran, owner of VendCheck will be staying throughout 2017 to assist in the company’s transition.
“Nayax, as a company and a brand, has always stood for trustworthy, innovative solutions, which VendCheck customers have enjoyed in their vending operations,” says Mr. Bernard Carran, Owner, VendCheck. “After so many years in the industry, I’m proud to help bring this new Nayax venture to Australia and New Zealand and am looking forward to strengthening the ties between Nayax and existing VendCheck customers.”
“VendCheck has long held a commanding position in the Australian market and when Nayax looked to solidify our presence in the market, it was natural for us to turn to our partner,” says Mr. Yair Nechmad, CEO, Nayax. “This acquisition demonstrates Nayax’s commitment to the Southern Hemisphere, as well as our belief in the opportunities available in the vending and other unattended, automated industries in Australia and New Zealand. As Nayax introduces innovative products that allow the vending industry to better communicate with their customers, we look to these progressive markets to be early adopters.”
