Nayax is looking for a Marketing Manager who will join our office in Maryland US.
This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a global marketing team!
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:
- Manage, execute and measure marketing plans for Nayax USA and Canada offices, distributors and partners
- Engage with Sales, SDRs, and customer success on a regular basis to plan in-territory marketing activities and to optimize the impact of campaigns
- Collaborate successfully with various teams to ensure a holistic customer journey and communication: Product Marketing team, social, Digital
- Managing shows and events from design concept, messaging, suppliers, and build-up up including follow-ups
- Marketing, E-Commerce, customer support, Sales and more
- Use data and analytics to continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of programs, adjusting strategy and tactics as needed to optimize spend
- Manage the entire life cycle of communication assets creation, including ideation, production and customization for NA offices
- Execution and operation of communication strategies and activities that support our brand including writing requests for email marketing campaigns, printed materials, customer event organization, conference participation
- Collaborate with customer success team on ground to better understand customer needs
- Competitive analysis support
Requirements
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
- Must have – At least 4 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, for a global B2B company
- Bachelor’s degree required; Major in marketing or communications preferred
- Highly creative and passionate about creating amazing ideas and storytelling
- Strategic thinking and goal-oriented approach
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Knowledge in building a plan to grow the business, including monitoring budget, competitors, sales initiatives , reaching goals and deadlines
- Understanding in various activities in Marketing such as SEO, PPC, Ecom and Social
- Thrives in a high-paced environment, doesn’t get flustered easily, and isn’t afraid not demand results from multiple stakeholders
- Ability and desire to travel to conferences, exhibits and customers
- Highly organized with the ability to get intro the detials without losing focus of the larger goals
