Credit Card Operated Cashless Laundry Machine System

Nayax card readers use the same method of wiring as the coin validators that are most likely installed on your machine. By connecting to the same wiring and emulating the pulses it will work the same exact way as if you were putting a coin into the coin validator. Nayax card readers can be retrofitted onto any washer or dryer machine and can be configured in four different ways.

Nayax card readers work with a pulse protocol for laundry machines and offers four different configurations:

1. Single price, single pulse: the standard pulse configuration.
2. Single price, multi-pulse: allows you to connect up to 6 machines to a single Nayax card reader.
3. Multi-pricing: allows you to display up to six different pricing options on one machine.
4. Count-up mode configuration: allows you to set the minimum and maximum time usages and allow customers to prolong their usage.

Nayax card readers accept over 80 forms of cashless payments including credit and debit cards, NFC, mobile wallets, prepaid cards. Nayax’s VPOS Touch card reader allows customers to insert insert, swipe, or tap their credit card while the Onxy card reader only accepts tap and go payments. Laundry machines usually require a pulse protocol, which is supported by Nayax card readers and can be configured in different ways, whether you’re using a single line, multi-line, or incrementing the pulses along the same line. Nayax can even act as a relay board by enabling “relay mode” or have count-up which does require pre-authorization of the full amount.

In the following cases, our proprietary protocol, Marshall, might be applicable:

• You’re connecting a device to a smart machine. (PC Machine)
• Your machine is not supported by existing protocols (such as Pulse).
• You’re building a board or chip from scratch.

Our cashless devices also provide an option to track cash. Cash collection can be done in two ways, physically via the machine or via the “Inventory Management” feature in the Nayax Core management suite.

Yes, operators can either offer their customers physical laundry cards or configure branded laundry cards that customers can pay with via the Monyx Wallet payment app. Operators can also create promos, happy hour discounts, punch card campaigns, top-up bonuses, and other marketing campaigns to engage with customers and boost their loyalty.

The Nayax Core management suite offers several ways for operators to track their sales. The Sales summary report allows you to see the combined number of settled transactions specific to a date, or date range. Sales analysis allows you to see trends in the form of a graph of your sales over a period. It will also show you the specific number per day in that trend. Dynamic transactions allow you to see specific transactions, either via date, date range, or transaction ID, and enable you to generate a receipt for them or process a refund.
