Nayax card readers enable your customers to pay with contact and contactless payment methods. With the VPOS Touch device, you can either insert your credit card, swipe, or tap it. And with the Onyx card reader, you can tap your chip card on the device in order to pay. Nayax accepts more than 80 payment brands across the globe.

When a customer makes a purchase, the card reader processes the payment and sends the transaction details in real time. Telemetry simultaneously monitors vending machine activity and checks if the machine is operating correctly. The device collects data such as product name, price, and time of transaction, and transmits it to the telemetry system through the SIM card installed in the machine, which provides GSM connectivity.

This process is enabled by MDB (Multi Drop Bus) technology, which allows the vending machine controller (VMC) to communicate with the cashless payment system. All collected data is transferred to Nayax Core (formerly NayaxVend/DCS), where operators can monitor transactions, machine performance, and overall network activity in one place.

Yes. With Nayax’s Remote Price Change (RPC) feature, operators can update product or machine prices remotely through the Nayax Core management suite.
