Nayax is China looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Sales and Client Management to lead and scale our sales operations across Greater China. This leader will oversee a team of sales managers and key account managers—drive revenue growth, develop go-to-market strategies, and build a high-performance sales and client management organization. The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B solution selling, especially in the payments or IoT sectors, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional global environment.

This role will report directly to the General Manager of Nayax China.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the China sales and client management team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with global business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities in China and around the globe, build an effective sales network.
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team; build a strong sales culture based on performance, accountability, and customer success.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and headquarters marketing, product, customer success, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, OEMs, and distribution partners.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting, sales performance metrics, and CRM hygiene to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent Nayax at key industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across the region.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to global leadership and product teams to inform development and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing sales teams.
  • Proven success in B2B technology, payments, or IoT sales; experience in OEM or unattended sectors is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the Greater China market with the ability to navigate cultural and business nuances.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region and globe.
