Not wanting to limit their customers to paying with cash, the couple decided to install Nayax’s VPOS Touch card reader on their milk vending machine. With VPOS the Peters’ customers could pay with the cashless payment method of their choice and buy as much milk as they pleased.

Remote monitoring
Using Nayax’s vending management app MoMa 2.0, the Peters can keep an eye on the health of the machine are busy running their farm. They can also see how many sales have occurred, without having to visit the vending machine in person.

Smart alerts
The Peters found an added benefit of installing Nayax’s cashless payment solution: telemetry. When the milk is close to running low, the Peters receive a notification, sent straight to their phones, alerting them that more milk needs to be added to the tank connected to the vending machine.
The Peters can also receive alerts when the vending machine temperature changes, or if the power cuts out, which can save the Peters’ milk from spoiling and prevent revenue loss. Alerts like these can be set up and customized in Nayax’s vending management system.
