What is a level 2 charging station?
A level 2 charging station charges faster than a household outlet, offering AC charging at a variety of charging speeds. EV Meter’s Residential Charging Stations are level 2, offering charges up to 22 kW.
Are EV Meter chargers suitable for outdoor use? Can vehicles be charged when it’s raining or snowing?
EV Meter chargers can be installed both outdoors and indoors either with a pedestal or mounted on a wall. With IP55 certification, these chargers are weather-resistant, waterproof, and durable.
What safety protection do EV Meter chargers have?
With a built-in RCD, we ensure fault-current detection and the highest safety levels. We also have a temperature alert system so CPOs can be aware of any issues such as over-temperature and over-power.
Can EV Meter Smart be hosted by an OCPP charging management platform?
The EV Meter Smart can easily connect to EV Meter Core, its charging management platform, or any other third-party platform.

Can I bill each resident for their electricity consumption in a condominium?
We’ve developed a dedicated interface using our unique billing solutions in order to manage multiple users in one location. We are able to bill each resident in a building according to their own charging sessions. The operator/ property manager can set the tariff or price, and can collect revenue on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
