Nayax recently completed its acquisition of VendCheck, thereby strengthening its ties to Australian and New Zealand customers. Mr. Winik brings nearly 20 years of experience to Nayax Australia, having previously founded, built and successfully sold two companies. He will be working closely with Bernard Carran, the owner of VendCheck, to ensure full and complete satisfaction of existing and new customers during the transition from distributorship to full subsidiary.
