Nayax is looking for a Sales Lead who will drive growth and retention among our valuable customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for assisting and consulting Nayax’s customers about our new or existing products and will make sure that all our customer’s needs are being addressed.

We are looking for candidates who can build a solid relationship with a genuine passion for the success of their customers, as well as a proactive problem solver with impressive communication and presentation skills.

As a Sales Lead you will:

• Generate and follow up leads, sales opportunities until order closure across several territories including but not limited to: Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand
• Engage in customer account management.
• Revive and close old leads.
• Be able to sell the company’s products and solutions during longer sales cycles.
• Deal with several stakeholders in a customer’s company: sales, purchase, management, etc.
• Manage and take care of sales administration.
• Work as a team in organizing events and trade shows.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have: 

• 5 years of related work experience.
• English communication skills at a high level
• A bachelor’s degree in business related major.
• Work proactively and a team player.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions.
• Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a bias for action.
• Business background preferable from sales or account management
• Good communication skills, presentation skills and ability to negotiate with several stake holders.
• Strong technical skills with the ability and desire to guide and assist customers through technical processes.
