Description

Nayax is seeking a positive and energetic Sales Support Specialist to be part of the sales support team. The ideal candidate is a person with strong communication and presentational skills, a mind of details and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment. This role is based in our Shanghai office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take an active part in the sales support team, including but not limited to CRM system management, order creation, order fulfillment, after-sale support, etc.
  • Cross-department coordination and communication.
  • Function also as reception desk.

Requirements

  • Proficient in using computers and various office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Force, SAP, power automation, etc.)
  • Good interpersonal skills. Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to create and present various reports as required
  • Familiarity with import and export operations is a plus
  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Must have good English reading and writing skills. Good spoken English is a plus
  • Knowledge of business reception etiquette to handle client interactions professionally
