Clean Machine Car Wash had been closed for 15 years when Nathan Polatis took over the site. His project to fully remodel the location to create a self-service car wash included implementing a cashless payment solution to provide his customers with a more convenient experience. He decided to go with the Nayax VPOS Touch card reader, and it’s proven to be a huge success.

By automating payment transactions, VPOS Touch contributes to a smooth customer experience, with the added convenience and flexibility of accepting over 80 forms of payment – including cashless, digital, and loyalty card payments. [VPOS Touch also resolves one of the challenges of a remotely-run, self-service business] sending us push notifications anytime there is an alert or an error with the machine, so that we know we need to be on site to resolve those issues.”
