Nayax is seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that support our sales goals, increase brand awareness, and generate qualified leads across China. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution skills, experienced in both digital and offline marketing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement local marketing plans aligned with Nayax’s global brand and sales objectives.
- Localize global product information, marketing campaigns and content to fit market needs and customer segments.
- Drive lead generation through digital marketing channels including WeChat, Douyin, LinkedIn, email marketing, paid search, SEO, and content marketing.
- Plan and execute events and trade shows, including logistics, booth design, materials, and coordination with the sales team.
- Collaborate closely with the local and global sales and marketing team to support pipeline development, sales enablement, and campaign follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with our OEM partners’ marketing team to develop win-win marketing strategies.
- Manage external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing assets.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize campaigns based on data insights.
- Develop localized marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, videos, and social media content.
- Support PR and media relations efforts to enhance Nayax’s visibility in industry publications and local business media
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech, fintech, IoT, or payment industries.
- Proven track record in executing successful lead generation and brand campaigns.
- Strong understanding of China local digital ecosystem (e.g., WeChat, Baidu, Douyin) and global digital ecosystem (e.g. Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, LinkedIn).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
- Creative mindset with strong written and visual storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus
