New Features
| Display Service Unavailable Error Handling
EV Meter Charging Stations now display a clear “Service Unavailable” message when the charger is temporarily unable to process payments. This provides end users with immediate, transparent feedback rather than a generic or blank screen, improving the customer experience

| OCPP Security Profiles 1, 2 & 3
The charger now supports all three OCPP 1.6 security profiles for communication between the device and the CSMS:
- Profile 1: Basic Authentication (password-based)
- Profile 2: TLS encryption (password-based)
- Profile 3: Mutual TLS with client certificate authentication
This gives operators and their CSMS providers greater flexibility in securing charger-to-server communication based on their security requirements.
Enhancements
| Receipt Total Cost Incl. VAT Fix for Incremental Authorization
Improved receipt accuracy when incremental authorization is enabled and the calculated session cost exceeds the default credit value. Previously, the receipt displayed the full calculated cost rather than the actual charged amount, which could mislead customers.
The receipt now includes three distinct fields for full transparency:
- CalculatedCostIncVat: Original calculated cost
- DeltaUnpaidCost: Difference shown as a negative value
- TotalCostInclVAT: Actual charged amount matching the default credit

| Swedish & Norwegian Language Support
Voice and display language support has been added for Swedish and Norwegian across EV Meter Charging Stations, expanding multilingual accessibility for Nordic markets.
| Remote Charger Language Translation & Sound
Operators can now remotely configure charger display language and audio using Attribute 7105, eliminating the need for on-site technician visits to update language settings.

Configuration in Nayax Energy Core: Operations > Machine > General > EV Charger Group Attribute 7105 – Default Language.
| Remote Start Transaction Without Connector ID
For charging stations with a single connector, a Remote Start Transaction command sent without a Connector ID will now be accepted automatically. Previously, omitting the Connector ID could cause the request to be rejected.
This simplifies remote session initiation for single-connector setups.
Improvements
- Delayed EV Transaction ID Settlement – Fixed settlement trigger to correctly process transactions when the EV Transaction ID arrives with a delay.
- Unsettled Transaction Alerts – Improved unsettled transaction management to send a stop alert when the charging session finishes, ensuring proper session closure.
- Same RFID Session Stop – Fixed an issue preventing users from stopping a charging session by presenting the same RFID card that started it.
- Smart Charging Profile Fixes – Fixed smart charging profile processing and corrected relative TxDefaultProfile behavior for accurate power management.
- Public Charger Faulted Stop – Fixed an issue where a stop transaction wasn’t properly handled when the public charger status changed to faulted during a session.
