New Features
| EV Dashboard
A new EV Dashboard screen provides operators with a centralized, real-time view of their EV charging network. Monitor network status, access analytics, review active sessions, and manage accounts – all from a single consolidated interface.
This dashboard streamlines daily operations by reducing the need to navigate between multiple screens, giving operators faster visibility into charging performance and network health.
Configuration: Open Nayax Energy Core > click the Reports menu tab > EV Dashboard item

| EV Communities (Discount Management)
A new EV Communities screen enables operators to create and manage discount definitions for specific EV accounts at designated operator locations. Communities provide a flexible framework for offering loyalty discounts, fleet pricing, or special rates to selected user groups.
Key capabilities include creating community discount definitions per operator location, assigning EV accounts to communities, viewing community memberships from the Account Info screen, and enhanced Charging by Sessions reporting that displays the calculated discount and total cost after discount.
Configuration: Open Nayax Energy Core > click the Consumers menu tab > EV Communities item

Enhancements
| Charging by Session Report – New Columns
Two new data columns have been added to the Charging by Session report to improve transaction visibility and reconciliation:

- Prepaid Info: Displayed in the PTP group, showing the Prepaid Card Unique Identifier and Card Display Number.
- External Payment: Displayed in the Account group, indicating whether the transaction used an external payment method.
| OCPP Authorization Rejection Rules
The CSMS now sends an Authorize response as “Invalid” when specific conditions are met, improving security and access control for EV charging networks:
- Machine Status is set to Not Active
- Account Token has a location limitation assigned to a different location
