Digital Receipts Framework

Nayax facilitates digital receipt services via third-party providers or its own capabilities or those of Nayax affiliated companies. These optional services may incur additional fees as shall be set out in Exhibit A. To the extent that Customer elects to use digital receipts in conjunction with the Products and/or Nayax Services, regardless of whether the source of the digital receipt capabilities is Nayax or another provider, Customer is solely responsible for the content of said digital receipts and for ensuring that the distribution of said digital receipts is compliant with any applicable laws pertaining to such as well as any consequences that might arise from their distribution of the digital receipts.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is clarified that the Customer must not use any portion of the digital receipt services for marketing campaigns, unsolicited advertisements, breach of any anti-spam laws or any unauthorized purposes. By making digital receipt services available to the Customer, Nayax does not purport to provide any legal, financial or tax advice with respect to any regulatory or other requirements applicable to the use of such services.
