(Nasdaq: NYAX; TASE: NYAX), a global commerce enablement payments and loyalty platform designed to help merchants scale their business, today announced its agreement with the Citytime Group, an importer of major fashion, jewelry, lifestyle, and kitchenware brands in Israel, to embed its smart payment solutions in cash registers at dozens of stores across the country.
The Citytime group is the exclusive importer and official marketer of leading brands such as Pandora Jewelry, the Italian fashion brand Furla, the Spanish sneaker brand HOFF, the Cook & Bake chain stores, and more, and has agreed to invest half a million shekels to implement innovative technology in cash registers to upgrade customer experience. The Citytime Group has five leading networks including dozens of branches nationwide and online shopping sites.
Nayax will implement a variety of innovative cash registers, including Retail ONE models with a full SAP interface, Android-based credit card terminals, and mobile tablet registers that provide maximum service and convenience to customers. Nayax provides a complete solution that includes a customer club, gift card redemption and refunds, coupons, a secure payment page, online sales registration in the SAP system, promotion management, and more.
As part of its offering, Nayax developed a unique solution for Pandora Jewelry, Citytime Group’s flagship brand, which enables a fast, dynamic, and step-by-step selling process which allows customers to view the full product catalog through a tablet at checkout and to view product photos that are not available in-store but are available in stock. In addition, Nayax developed a process that enables customers to order products in store that are not in stock, and to either have them delivered or to pick them up at a different branch of their choosing.
In addition to a new checkout experience, Nayax will also embed Weezmo’s digital receipt technology in the cash registers, allowing retailers to make the connection between digital activities and in-store revenue and therefore to improve their advertising return on investment (ROI). Weezmo also enables the Citytime Group to improve its customer relationship system, to reach new relevant audiences, to create personalized offers, and to maximize its marketing and advertising budgets.
