VPOS Touch Wins Payment System of the Year at the 2018 Vendies
Nayax is thrilled to have its VPOS Touch have been named the Payment System of the Year at the 2018 Vendies. Every year the Vendies (a.k.a. the Vending Industry Awards) brought to the public by Vending International, recognize the UK’s best people, products and services in the vending and water industries.
The Nayax UK team accepts the award for the Payment System of the Year for the VPOS Touch.
The Award-Winning VPOS Touch
This year Nayax entered our VPOS Touch card reader and telemetry device for the Payment System of the Year category, sponsored by Siemens SFS. The VPOS Touch is noted for its cashless payments, telemetry, and consumer engagement capabilities as well as its color touchscreen. In 2016 and 2017 Nayax won the same award for the VPOS card reader.
The VPOS Touch was recognized for its wide array of payment choices it gives consumers across the world. The VPOS Touch provides all the payment methods consumers are used to using, including credit/debit cards – contactless, contact, and swipe- as well as QR codes, mobile apps and Nayax’s own payment wallet for unattended machines, Monyx Wallet.
The VPOS Touch’s many cashless payment options ensure operators give their consumers plenty of cashless payment options, increasing operators’ opportunities for sales.
Peer and customer recognition
Products, services and people are nominated for the Vendies awards by a panel of industry experts and then industry members vote for their choices. Peer voting demonstrates that those that win are valued by people working in the vending and water industries, using the products and services on a daily basis.
This year’s awards show took place on Tuesday October 2nd in Birmingham’s Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel & Country Club. The EDWCA’s business and trade show took place during the day at the same venue followed by a gala dinner in the evening, where the awards were presented.
