Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reconciliation, particularly with bank and customer accounts.
- Maintaining accurate financial records using SAP Business One/NetSuite
- Bank statement reconciliation
- Conduct thorough and accurate reconciliations of bank and customer accounts
- Management and posting of journals, accruals and prepayments
- Preparing and processing invoices, credit notes and purchase orders
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Liaising with external parties such as accountants, tax advisers and auditors as required
- Intercompany Accounts reconciliation
- Ensuring all accounting transactions are performed correctly on time
- Check cost center expenses and compare them against budget
- Ad hock tasks as required
Requirements
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Ideally candidate will hold or be working towards a relevant professional qualification (AAT,ACCA,CIMA)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Adaptable and willing to work as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with standard software applications (Microsoft Excel & Word)
- Prior experience of NetSuite/SAP Business One based general ledger systems an advantage
- 2 Years of experience
