VPOS Error Code	Error Name	Solution
V01	Relay contacts welded	Turn off power from the charging station. Contact the supplier for assistance.
V02	Relay could not be closed	Contact the supplier for assistance
V04	RCD error	Disconnect the cable from the vehicle. In case the error persists, check input charging cable and input connections. In case the error persists, contact the supplier for assistance.
V08	PE/N wires error	Check the grid input connection. In case the error persists, contact the supplier for assistance.
V10	Overvoltage	Check the grid input connection. In case the error persists, contact the charging station provider’s support.
V20	Overcurrent	Disconnect the vehicle and consult with the vehicle service.
V40	Temperature too high 80°+	Stop charging and wait for the unit to cool down.
V80	Unsupported charging mode and shorted input phases	In case of error during charging, check vehicle. In case of standby, check grid connection. In case the error persists, contact the supplier for assistance.
