Nayax’s IT department works to make sure that our employees and customers can operate without disruptions. Part of IT, The Network Operation Center (NOC) is responsible for monitoring and alerting the entire Nayax group (including Retail, EV, public transportation, payments, etc.) of certain conditions that may require special attention or result in a degraded service. Together, the teams are responsible for all of the Nayax offices around the world and help with everything from hardware issues to software issues on the OS level.
