How do I transfer ownership of my Nayax card reader to another operator?

Only VPOS Touch or Onyx devices can be transferred to another operator. To transfer a Nayax device, first make sure any past due balances are paid off with the Nayax finance team. The seller can then begin the transfer process by emailing their sales or onboarding representative and include their name, Nayax Core operator ID, device serial number(s) they are transferring and also provide the name and email address of the buyer (as well as their Nayax Core operator ID if they are an existing Nayax customer). The buyer of the transferred devices will pay a $30 transfer fee per device, and there is no warranty on devices when transferred to another owner. If your balance is paid in full, you can start the transfer process by emailing your information to: onboarding-NA@nayax.com.
