Nayax is looking for a Technical Support Member to join Nayax’s growing business unit: Weezmo.

Weezmo is a SaaS platform that connects customers’ online and in-store journeys, enabling retailers to increase engagement, conversions, and revenue.

Since its inception in 2015, Weezmo’s vision has been to offer retailers an online-to-offline conversion solution that enables them to accurately measure the impact of their digital ads on in-store revenue. Weezmo’s customer data platform (CDP) offers robust tools for marketing automation and consumer engagement.

The Technical Support Member will report to the Technical Support Team Lead.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Manage technical support tickets from start to finish and deal with digital receipt issues
• Perform remote installations for customers
• Become a focal point for technical issues for our clients and make sound decisions quickly
• Escalate customer feature requests and development cases
• Maintain and constantly improve an internal knowledge base and workflows
• Guide and assist customers through technical processes.

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• Fluent in English – excellent writing and speaking are a must
• 2 years of technical support or a related customer-facing role
• People person that enjoys customer interaction
• Team player with great communication skills and loves working with people of all kinds
• Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly & independently
• Availability for a full-time position, Sunday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00
