Description

Nayax is looking for a strong Technical Support Member with a great passion for the Electric Vehicle Charging world for our Electric Vehicle company- EV Meter.

This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage company and significantly impact the company’s product and success.

The Technical Support Member will be part of the EV Meter Support team and report to the EV Operational Manager.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to EV Meter’s customers.
  • Manage technical support tickets from start to finish and influence the product roadmap by identifying and sharing insights based on data-driven analysis.
  • Onboard, train, and support new customers by providing them with the most effective solution and an unforgettable experience.
  • Understanding and documenting the customer’s requirements, managing expectations, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with all other departments and stakeholders within the company to prioritize support needs and present the customer’s voice.

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • 2+ years of solid hands-on experience as a Technical Support Member in a global organization with B2B products in large and dynamic environments.
  • Providing an effective service in a timely manner within the company’s SLA.
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both in Hebrew and English, written and verbally, including communicating technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong desire to work with technical challenges, in a dynamic environment
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly & independently..
  • Out-of-the-box thinking.
