Nayax is looking for a Sales Manager to join the Nayax Japan Office.

The Sales Manager will report to Japan Market General Manager.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Develop the GTM strategy together with the GM
• Build Sales channels and distribution chains all over Japan
• Develop a business plan for all market’s verticals
• Generate leads and opportunities
• Increase sales and maintain long-term business relationships with a new and current customer base
• Meet defined sales targets, reporting progress regularly
• Present Nayax’s product offerings, including demonstrating deep familiarity with the company’s products and integration capabilities
• Leverage CRM system (SF) to manage all customer contacts
• Handle Marketing Campaigns/ Exhibitions if needed/ SEO, etc.

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the payment / fin-tech market
• Ability to create new leads & map the relevant verticals and their players
• Strong selling skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve customer needs, maintaining strong partnerships with customers
• English – basic English is sufficient. Japanese – high proficiency, native level
• Good Microsoft Office skills, and experience in Salesforce – a plus
