Nayax is looking for a Sales Operations. The Sales Operations will be part of a fast-growing and international Sales team.

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Operations to join our Global Sales Team and help us achieve our goals.

You will support our CRO, Inside Sales Director and GM’s by administering the sales information system and providing all other administration services for the sales department and staff.

The position is fast-paced and requires the ability to multitask, while ensuring attention to details.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Provide assistance to CRO, Inside Sales Director and GM’s in producing reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, PPTs; and general administration for the sales department
• Perform data analysis and data fixes where required, to ensure accuracy of systems
• Ability to lead project activities, verify data and see project completion to the end
• Provide Salesforce training to the sales team – ongoing training and training for new hires
• Work with the CRM and BI teams on new projects and ongoing requests, ensure timelines are met
• Ad hoc tasks such as performing data fixes, SF data enrichment and the like

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• 2+ year’s experience in administrative role
• Salesforce & Excel expert (preferably certified Salesforce Admin)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy with an eye for detail
• Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
• Proactivity, eager to learn and meticulous
