Nayax is looking for a qualified Account Executive/Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our existing partners/customers as well as new partners/customers and overseeing sales growth for assigned accounts.

As an Account Executive/Account Manager for Nayax, you should prioritize your day to satisfy our existing partners/customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience as well as focus on long term growth of these accounts with Nayax suite of hardware and services.

You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

  • Sell to machine operators and/or OEMs (equipment manufacturers) and/or reseller partners in the US in various unattended verticals, such as vending, kiddie rides, laundromats, EV chargers, car washes, etc.
  • Foster relationships with customers and provide training and support post-sales as needed.
  • Cultivate warmed leads and generate organic sales from existing customers.
  • Understand and demo the solution to customers, with the ability to tailor each sale based on ROI/ solving for pain points.
  • Be technically minded, and have a positive outlook.
  • Managing customers throughout the process…not just until the sale is made, but also through deployment and onboarding to ensure proper training and user experience.

Requirements

Previous sales position experience is a must

  • Experience in the automated machine market is a big plus. Can also have experience in the cashless market or other technical or medical device sales.
  • CRM methodology understanding.
  • The ability to think outside of the box – Nayax sells its solution to multiple unattended markets.
  • Ability to travel when needed across the US
  • Customer oriented mentally, with a strategic focus.
