We are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager who will drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers and distributors by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for assisting and consulting Nayax’s customers about our new or existing products and will make sure that all our customer’s needs are being addressed.
We are looking for candidates who can build a solid relationship with a genuine passion for the success of their customers, as well as a proactive problem solver with impressive communication and presentation skills.
The Customer Success Manager at Nayax will be part of the Customer Success team, and will report directly to the Customer Success Director.
