Nayax is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will drive retention and growth among our most valuable OEM partners by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for assisting and consulting Nayax’s partners about our new or existing products and will make sure that all our customer’s needs are being addressed.

We are looking for candidates with experience working in global corporate companies, who can build a solid relationship with a genuine passion for the success of their customers, as well as a proactive problem solver with impressive communication and presentation skills.

The Customer Success Manager at Nayax will be part of the Nayax China team with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Customer Success Director at Nayax Headquarters.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

  • Build a solid and genuine relationship with Nayax’s OEM partners in China
  • Ensure customers receive the best value from the product or customer support team to increase sales volume to existing customers
  • Serve as the trusted focal point of contact for Nayax large customers
  • Increase the retention and growth of Nayax’s most valuable customers
  • Work with the customer to map goals and requirements and assist in building the customer’s strategy
  • Plan initiated interactions with the customer and be responsible for providing a suitable technological solution to improve our customer existing systems and handling continued sales and contract renewals
  • Ensure that our customers are familiar with Nayax future products and services
  • Collaborate with the Sales, R&D, Product Manager, Operations and Technical support teams for making sure our customers request is taken care of
  • Occasional travel for customer events, training, and/or meetings may be required

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical fields
  • 6-8 years of experience in Customer or Project Management roles with technical knowledge
  • English speaker
  • Business background from sales or account management in global companies working with OEM
  • Strong technical skills with the ability and desire to guide and assist customers through technical processes
  • Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs in a global company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and with a bias for action.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of CRM, Salesforce, or BI tools
  • Familiar with project Manager working methodologies
  • Familiar with orientation for Customer Success role (Upselling, Customer Growth based in KPIs, Churn and Retention Rates)
  • Fluent Chinese and English are the must
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology Management or Project Management
  • Familiarity with the payment industry including payment network, POS and bank acquiring as well as the unattended industries including vending, retail and electric vehicle charging are pluses
