Description

Nayax is looking for an NPI Product Manager to join the Engineering team.

The NPI Product Manager has a key role driving the company’s hardware products throughout their life cycle. You will manage the products from design to production while closely controlling their internal configuration. You will understand the customers’ needs along with their technical and operational constraints, and work with all stake holders to assure appropriate delivery.

The NPI Product Manager will report to VP Engineering.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Own product implementation – Manage technical as well as process related activities for allowing on-time delivery.
• Control device configuration and lifecycle – Work with R&D, Operations and Production teams for maintaining BOM accuracy.
• Have on-going collaboration with all stakeholders for maximizing business impact.
• Provide technical guidance for ensuring operational & production readiness.
• Become the product champion and drive product improvements.



Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years’ experience working as NPI Manager, Product Manager or similar roles.
• Familiar with Operations and Production processes such as SMT and product assembly and testing
• Background in production line support & key contact point
• Working successfully with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customers and Business Partners
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork, ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
• English at high level
