Nayax is looking for an NPI Engineer to join the Engineering team.

The NPI Engineer has a key role in driving the company’s hardware products throughout their life cycle. You will manage the products from design to production while closely controlling their internal configuration. You will understand the customers’ needs along with their technical and operational constraints, and work with all stakeholders to ensure appropriate delivery

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Own product implementation- Manage technical as well as process-related activities to allow on-time delivery.
• Control device configuration and lifecycle – Work with R&D, Operations and Production teams to maintain BOM accuracy.
• Hands-on execution ensuring product functionality and successful HW/SW integration – From design and verification to production release.
• Provide technical guidance for ensuring operational/production readiness and maximizing business impact. 
• Become the product champion and drive product improvements.

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3 years experience working as NPI Manager, Product Manager or similar roles.
• Familiar with Operations and Production processes.
• Successful experience working with Sales, Customers or Business Partners.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork, ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to lead new projects from start to finish.
