We are currently looking for a Production Team Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.

The Production Team Lead is a full-time, ON-SITE, Rotterdam, NY hands-on, working leader who balances direct participation in daily production activities with on-floor supervision of manufacturing and fulfillment operations.

This role is expected to personally perform production work while leading, coaching, and directing the team to meet safety, quality, and throughput objectives.

Serving as the primary on-floor decision-maker and escalation point in the absence of the Director of Manufacturing & Fulfillment, this position ensures continuity of operations through active, lead-by-example engagement on the production floor.

The Production Team Lead brings proven experience in manufacturing floor operations, including shipping, receiving, and material flow, and maintains a deep working knowledge of each product build by actively participating in assembly, troubleshooting, and process improvement. This role requires the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly documentation, develop and implement standard operating procedures, and support training by doing the work alongside the team.

This position demands strong mechanical aptitude, practical problem-solving skills, and a player-coach leadership style. The Production Team Lead operates production equipment (including forklifts; certification required or obtainable) and serves as the communication bridge between leadership and production staff to ensure efficient execution of daily priorities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.

• High level of mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a “lead-by-example” approach.

Compensation: This position offers an hourly rate of $27–$30, based on experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
