Social Media Manager



Nayax is looking for Social Media Manager to join our successful marketing team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for Managing all Nayax’s social media platforms including Developing and implementing a social media strategy. The Social Media Manager will be part of the Marketing team and will report to the Marketing Manager Team Lead.


  • Bring new ideas and a creative approach while collaborating with the marketing team to drive results.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy and calendar that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Manage all Nayax’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn) – including uploading posts, working with scheduling tools, monitoring comments, responding to messages, Gant planning, content creation, analyzing, and generating reports.
  • Monitor online reviews on different platforms (Trustpilot, captera, app reviews, brand mentions, and competitors
  • Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, YT shorts, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage new channels we would love to penetrate (especially Tik Tok).
  • Engage with the online feedback/ community- respond to comments and requests to foster a positive community and improve the user experience.
  • Build and maintain a feedback loop between our followers and the brand teams.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and CS to develop a streamlined process for handling inquiries.
  • Improve the knowledge and skills of Nayax employees: Employees training, C-level coaching
  • Contribute to the development of brand-related social impact and employer branding initiatives.
  • Investigate and recommend additional software tools to support growth.



  • 3 years of experience as an SMM in a global company,
  • Experience managing social media and online communities across multiple platforms
  • Knowledge and experience in Google Analytics, social analytics, and social management platforms
  • Experience in producing and creating content, especially video
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Up to date with social best practices, competitor activity, and category trends.
  • Strong relationship-building skills are critical to success as they are a key collaborator.
  • English- Excellent written and verbal
  • Thinks outside the box and is willing to learn new things
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and bring new ideas.
