Description

Nayax is looking for a Compliance Operations Manager to lead our IL Compliance operations function and manage some cross-organization projects.

As the Compliance Operations Manager, you will ensure adherence to IL Anti-Money Laundering regulations and lead the customer KYC (Know Your Customer) onboarding process. You will manage a dynamic team and collaborate with various departments to streamline compliance operations and elevate customer experience.

 The Compliance Operations Manager will report to Nayax Compliance Operations Director.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

  • Lead and mentor a team of compliance coordinators in executing KYC onboarding activities and providing exceptional IL compliance customer support.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for continuous improvement in compliance operations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints about compliance matters, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage global operational processes and procedures concerning AML, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Collaborate with compliance team leaders, IT, and customer experience (CX) teams to identify needs, draft business requirements, and oversee the implementation of enhanced compliance processes and systems.
  • Conduct professional training sessions as needed to promote compliance awareness and best practices within the organization.

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AML laws, KYC onboarding regulations, sanctions screening, and financial licensing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
