Nayax Lithuania EMI is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Compliance Officer (CO) and Outsourced Functions Officer (OO) to join our growing team. 

As a Compliance Officer and Outsourced Functions Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective compliance, including outsourced functions, and programs for our company. 

Your role will involve ensuring that all employees and business activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits, and risk assessments, and guiding on compliance and functions outsourcing matters. 

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL

  • Ensuring that all employees and business activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. 
  • Conducting regular audits, and risk assessments, and guiding on compliance matters. 
  • Perform outsourced functions control and ensure they meet SLA’s and the quality standards. 
  • Working closely with various departments to ensure that all business processes and decisions meet compliance requirements. 
  • Staying up to date with changes in laws and regulations that impact the company and Nayax Group, as well as updating policies and procedures accordingly. 
  • Performing risk assessments to identify areas of potential compliance and outsourcing risk and develop strategies to mitigate the said risks. 
  • Conducting training sessions to educate employees on compliance and functions outsourcing policies, regulations, and ethical standards. 

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, finance). 
  • 4+ years of experience in EMI, bank, and/ or law firm in relevant fields/ departments. 
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a compliance officer role. 
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to EMI activities. 
  • Experience overseeing outsourced functions. 
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, and work under tight deadlines and with sensitive information. 
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English language skills.

Salary Range: EU 5, 500 – 7, 200 per month gross + social and government statutory benefits
