Nayax is looking for a IT Help Desk Specialist to join the IT team, which is responsible for or supporting the company’s users on the computers systems. This role includes answering telephones, remote control, setting up stations and installing computers.  

The IT Help Desk Specialist will report to Corporate IT Manager

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Provide end user support resolving technical issues in a Windows/Mac environment (local and remote).
• Respond to IT support tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software problems with Apple and Microsoft products, both on-site and remote.
• Provide remote support through phone or video.
• Troubleshoot multiple computer platforms and hardware/software, including: Windows 10 & 11, Android browsers and iOS.
• Troubleshoot networked and local printers.
• Identify and resolve hardware and software application conflicts on wan / lan Network faults, SSL-VPN, cellular modems, ClearPass, IP telephones.
• Accompany and train users on the computer system using hardware / software.
• Set-up new workstations including monitors, phones, software and hardware.
• Follow Help Desk procedures and maintain the IT systems documentation.

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• More than 2 years of work experience as a helpdesk/IT.
• Familiarity with hardware components (desktops, laptops, servers)
• Great communication skills, communication with employees all around the globe
• Multi-Tasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
• High level of English is required (verbal and written).
