Description

We are looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join our team.

As an Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging work environment, ensuring employees feel valued, supported, and motivated throughout their journey with the company.

The Employee Experience Manager will be part of the HR team and will report to the CHRO.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

  • Create, establish and implement the annual Employee Experience and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan.
  • Lead and produce end-to-end programs, events, social activities and global initiatives.
  • Crate and align CSR initiatives with the company’s core business goals and values. Manage and produce initiatives and programs for volunteering, donations, and partnerships with local communities and NGOs.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to foster a strong company culture that aligns with our core values.
  • Manage and lead the admin & welfare team (2 employees).
  • Organize and manage initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being, including wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires, working closely with the HR and recruitment teams.

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • More than 4 years of experience in HR, employee experience/ engagement, operations, or a similar role in a large scale organization.
  • Proven track record of implementing successful employee experience, recognition and engagement programs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships across teams.
  • Ability to analyze employee data (such as surveys) and develop actionable insights and improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to creating a positive workplace.
  • Experience in event planning and organizing employee activities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of HR systems and tools.
  • Advantage – previous managerial/leadership experience
