Nayax is looking for a SOX Manager to join our Finance team. This person will be leading the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the company’s SOX and Internal Control.

The Sox Manager will Report to the Director of Financial Reporting

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Manage SOX compliance and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders to develop, document, and implement SOX compliance controls.
• Evaluate and assist management to identify key risks in financial processes and design controls to cover the risks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes, systems and automation.
• Identify gaps between implemented controls and key risks and recommend remediation actions.
• Manage the ongoing communications with the external SOX consultants and auditors.
• Develop and maintain documentation of existing internal controls.
• Monitor remediation activities to ensure SOX compliance.

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

• Licensed CPA.
• + 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experienced communicator with the ability to influence and motivate others to implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement in connection with cross-organization processes.
• Self-motivated, time management skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving.
• Team player with detail-oriented and willing to take responsibility.
• Excellent English skills
