Nayax is looking for a Reconciliation Specialist to join our financial department.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

  • Efficiently match and reconcile transactions with precision and attention to small details.
  • Identify discrepancies and investigate root causes to ensure accurate matching.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in transactional data.
  • Work closely with data sources to validate and verify transactional information.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy of matched transactions.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold data integrity standards.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Utilize Excel functions and formulas to streamline transaction matching processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest improvements to existing automated processes and advise on new processes to optimize transaction matching.

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Accounting- Must
  • Previous experience in transactional matching or reconciliation roles.
  • Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and discrepancies.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Team player, with a can-do approach and the ability to drive optimization-oriented changes.
