Description

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

Finance/accounting related:

  • Bookkeeping coordination with local 3rd party accounting company and our HQ to make sure the local book and SAP book are aligned and correct.
  • Inventory management
  • Issue Fapiao/invoices
  • Other accounting-related activities

Import/export:

  • Coordinate with our import company for the company’s import orders
  • Coordinate with our export company for the company’s export orders

HR related:

  • Help to manage company employee salary sheet, benefits, reimbursement, expenses, contracts, and other related HR activities
  • Visa, work permit, and other related procedures for foreign employees
  • Company management:
  • Book sales orders and purchase orders
  • Working process improvement

Office management:

  • Manage the office’s daily activities, for example, stationery purchases, phone call receiving, and such.

 

 

 

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • Good communication skills, integrity, a detailed mind, self-motivation, and proactive at work.
  • Able to communicate well in English, both writing and speaking
  • Accountant certification is required.
  • Experience in using SAP or NetSuite is a big plus.
  • A good understanding of HR-related policies in Shanghai is a plus.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with common office software are required.
  • Experience in using SalesForce or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of import/export procedures is a plus.
  • Understanding of IT solutions or electric products is a plus.
