Description

Nayax is growing tremendously, and as we grow, we want to ensure that quality is never compromised. As such, we are seeking highly motivated individual to interact with customers regarding their complex and sometimes urgent issues and to resolve customer cases and complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle finance customer support calls emails, and cases (resending reimbursement statements, preparing open balance statements, charge inquires, refund requests, etc.)
  • Reconcile customer accounts in SAP
  • Work on collection of A/R balances

Requirements

We are looking for candidate with……..

Customer service skills

Conflict Management skills

The ability to communicate complex data via telephone in a clear way and to quickly navigate between data platforms

Solid Excel and general computer skills

Advantages

Experience in collections or call center customer service

Prior experience with Salesforce

Prior experience with SAP Business One
