Nayax is seeking for a Technical Support Member- Tier 1 to join our exciting and growing business unit- Weezmo!

 About Weezmo-

Weezmo is a physical market intelligence platform, with unique technology that collects all purchases for each consumer from any physical retailers without integration and provides insights on holistic consumer behavior that increase marketing effectiveness, strategic decision and discover trends.

 

About the position:

Weezmo's Technical Support Tier 1will provide an outstanding customer service by being the focal point for any technical issues for our clients. You will implement customized solutions and make sure that Weezmo's software integrates properly with our customers register. You’ll work closely with our clients, head of R&D and Weezmo’s GM.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage technical support tickets from start to finish, including helping the development team understand the issue and making sure the customer is satisfied with the solution.
  • Ensure installation of Weezmo’s software on new clients register.
  • Become a focal point for technical issues for our clients
  • Understand and document the customer's requirements and providing excellent customer service.
  • Guide and assist customers through technical processes.

Requirements

Must have:

  •  1-2 years of experience as Helpdesk or Technical support Tier 1
  •  Fluent English
  • Experience in RDP/VNC/Anydesk/TeamViewer and additional remote control tools
  • Strong experience utilizing scripting and/or programming languages such as VBScript, and PowerShell to automate processes and manage system configuration
  • Understand how to read logs
  • Previous experience on Windows operating system
  • Previous experience in installations
  • Excellent customer service oriented 


Advantages:

·   Knowledge in Excel and VBA     

·        Previous experience in tracking and reporting of any identified bugs.

·        Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
