About The Position
The Filed Technician will be part of the Support team and will be reporting to the Chief Customer Officer. As a Filed Technician you will be providing troubleshooting, installation and will provide customer support during field visits to our Nayax Retail’s customers.
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Occasionally assist the Support team in receiving calls from customers
- Up to 2 years’ experience as a Field Technician experience\ PC Technician\ Technical Support member
- Previous experience on Windows\Android\ Apple operating system
- Experience in RDP/VNC/Anydesk/TeamViewer and additional remote-control tools
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL)
