About The Position
Die Firma Nayax GmbH sucht ab sofort einen motivierten Einsteiger im Technischen Support (m/w/d) in Vollzeit als Festeinstellung
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Bearbeitung von eingehenden Support-Anfragen aus Deutschland und Österreich (auf deutsch)
- Entwickeln und testen von Lösungen für kundenspezifische Anforderungen
- Kontinuierliche Kommunikation mit dem Hauptquartier / Support (englisch)
- Problemlösungen suchen in bestehenden Installationen
- Versandvorbereitung von Waren, die aus unserem Haus versandt werden
- Administrative Aufgaben (Ablage und Aktenpflege)
- Arbeitsort am Hauptsitz von Nayax GmbH in Mönchengladbach

Key responsibilities:
- Processing incoming support requests nationally / internationally
- Develop and test solutions for customer-specific requirements
- Continuous communication with headquarters / support (English)
- Find solutions to problems in existing installations
- Preparation for dispatch of goods that are dispatched from our house
- Administrative tasks (filing and file maintenance)
Requirements
Das bringen Sie mit:
- perfekte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Gebiet IT / Elektronik / Elektrotechnik
- Basis Kenntnisse in der Anwendung Office 365 (Outlook,Excel,Word)
- idealerweise auch gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- grosses Interesse an IT- und Telekommunikationsanwendungen
- grosses Interesse an bargeldlosen Bezahlsystemen und mobile payment
- Eigeninitiative
- Eigenverantwortung und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zu stetiger und teilweise selbstständiger Weiterbildung
Your skills:
- Completed vocational training in IT / electronics / electrician
- Basic knowledge of the Office 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- High interest in IT and Telco applications
- High interest in cashless payment systems and mobile payment
- Self-initiative
- Personal responsibility and conscientious way of working
- Readiness for continuous and partly independent further training
