Customer Success Manager
About The Position
Nayax is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers and distributors by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for assisting and consulting Nayax’s customers about our new or existing products and will make sure that all our customer’s needs are being addressed.
We are looking for candidates who can build a solid relationship with a genuine passion for the success of their customers, as well as a proactive problem solver with impressive communication and presentation skills.
- Responsible for building a solid and genuine relationship with Nayax’s customers and distributors.
- Ensure customers receive the best value from the product or customer support team to increase sales volume to existing customers.
- Serve as the trusted focal point of contact for Nayax distributors and large customers
- Increase the retention and growth of Nayax’s most valuable customers
- Work with the customer to map goals and requirements and assisting in building the customer's strategy.
- Plan initiated interactions with the customer and be responsible for providing a suitable technological solution to improve our customer existing systems and handling continued sales and contract renewals.
- Ensure that our customers are familiar with Nayax future products and services
- Collaborate with the Sales, R&D, Product Manager, Operations and Technical support teams for making sure our customers request is taking care.
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer facing or Project Management roles
- Native English speaker
- Business background preferable from sales or account management
- Strong technical skills with the ability and desire to guide and assist customers through technical processes
- Experience in delivering customer-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a bias for action.
- Spanish speaker
- Knowledge in Networking Protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL)
- Knowledge in CRM, Salesforce or BI tools
- Previous experience in Jira
- Basic database and SQL experience
