About The Position

About the Position:

The Inside Sales Representative, English Speaker will be part of the Sales department and will be responsible for creating sales opportunities, closing along with account management. This position plays a key role in Actively hunting for new opportunities by usage of social media, relevant associations and more.

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, create sales opportunities, closing along with account management. The job is 70% hunting and 30% farming so the Inside Sales Representative must be confident with cold calling and hunting.


Key responsibilities

1.      Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound leads and managing the full sales cycle for the SMB marked with focus on UK and Ireland

2.      Actively hunting for new opportunities by usage of social media, relevant associations and more

3.      Work to optimize the funnel for Enterprise and SMB opportunities alike and to align the Enterprise opportunities to the relevant Sales Manager.

4.      Understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle and the ability to handle technical/product inquiries

5.      Documenting daily activities in Salesforce 

6.      Display strong time management skills to manage and successfully assist in growing our large customer base

7.      Work closely with the Salesforce team

Requirements

·        Native English speaker with high level of written and spoken English (additional language a major plus)

·        2+ years Sales experience with proven track record

·        Self-motivated team player

·        Driven and goal-oriented

·        Meet and over-achieve annual quota

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (plus any other European language)

·        Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM

 

Advantage for:

  • Payments/Fintech industry experience
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products
