About The Position
About the position:
The Technical Sales Engineer will be part of the EV Meter business unit. This position combines both Technical and Sales capabilities, to support EV meter's costumers and ensure quick and high-quality service.
o Build and develop an electrical plan for EV charging stations, electricity flow and all components.
o Register give feedback and follow up on (technical) incidents and technical support issues related to EV Meter hardware and software.
o Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and products according to customer needs and objectives.
o Perform deep analyses of (technical) inquiries.
o Answer inquiries and provide technical information to internal staff Set-up knowledge base and keep it up-to date
o Working with coordination with the Product Manger to ensure quality and customer satisfactions
o Plan and modify products together with products manager to meet customer needs
o Write technical support and installations manuals
o Support new customer technical personals to assess hardware and software needs to determine system requirements.
o Moving technical requirements to operation for service delivery.
o Provide any necessary technical support to salespersons from start to end.
o Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
o Finding new leads or businesses partners to create sales opportunities.
o Increasing the sales activity by transform leads to potential sales.
o Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new with clients to expand sales territories
Conduct and Prepare presentation to potential customers.
- 2-4 years experience as Electrical Engineer High Voltage- must
- BSc degree in Electrical Engineer or Practical Electrical Engineer - a must
- Sales experience- Must
- Verbal and written communication skills in English (please share your resume in English)
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- Ability to transfer knowledge to customers
- Certified Electrician with Electrical Panel and Circuit Breaker (CB) experience -Big Advantage
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, sustainable transport, technical supply, or energy industry.
- Previous experience with sales and business development.
